Vapour coils are produced in suitable sizes and capacities in accordance with our customers’ specification. We avoid from oversizing and thus give particular importance to both competitiveness and reliability. Therefore, their wiring should be designed in a way that will pass through a single tube. Necessary calculations are made using “Unilab Coils 7.3” software.
- Commercial and industrial heating systems
- Commercial and industrial drying systems
Fins; aluminium or copper is used. Surfaces of fins are corrugated. 4035-5/8”and 3228-1/2” are used in their geometry.
Tubes; copper tubes with 0,35 mm or 0,50 mm wall thickness should be preferred for reliability to high pressures.
Frames; Standard frames are produced from galvanized steel sheets.
Collectors; collectors of this type of coils are preferred to be made of copper tube to prevent collector from being subject to thermal expansion difference: their edges are connected as brass nipple. Depending on customer’s request, connection with steel tube and pass edge connection can also be made. Each collector has air vent and drain lines beside blind cap.
Test; all vapour coils are tested in water pool under 30 bar pressure unless otherwise is indicated.
Our coils are tested in accordance with Pressured Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.
